I placed an order with Seeds World Garden on 15 August, 2024. The order was accepted and acknowledged and the cost charged to my credit card. That was the first and last I heard from them.On 6 September I tried to contact them via chat on their own website and, 5 days later, they still have not replied. On the same 6 September, I also sent an email but, again, they 5 days alter, they have not responded. A further urgent email sent a day ago has similarly received no response. 28 days is far too long to take to notify that seeds have been dispatched. They promise notification so either they neglected to notify me or they never dispatched anything; either failure is not normal for reputable seed suppliers.On the Seeds World Garden website, they offer an order tracking facility. When I enter my order number, their tracking system says that the order cannot be found [but, to repeat, I have their order "confirmation".Although they have a 30-day money-back guarantee, there is literally no way to make a claim since their is not link to a claim page and they do not respond to chat or email [and no phone number is listed]. I gave a ONE STAR rating because they literally gave NO SERVICE AT ALL. Sadly, there is no way to give a ZERO STAR rating to match the level of service experienced.
