My account was suspended without any clear reason. I only inquired about promotional pricing, which seems to have led to my ban. That's genuinely all I did. Maybe I unknowingly violated a rule, but a warning would have been appreciated. I was a paying customer, and the service has been incredibly disappointing. I would like to have my profile reinstated.
