this company needs to get closed down by SHOPSCAM SCAM SCAMWay too loud and my dog hated the sound Portable yes everything else horrible emailed the manufacturer and no reply they say you have two days to send refund request however they do not reply to the email so now I have to deal with the scam with my bank . It's a scam cause if you don't like It within two days you will lose your money cause no one will reply when they do they will say it's past the 2 days it's a scam fraud and trash company
