I have an 8 inch electric chainsaw that the chaingaurd had some damage. Through some easy communication with Fona Ricky I was told that the saw was discontinued. But that they were sending me a new saw. If that isn't great customer support. I don't know what is. Will definitely be buying more tools from Seesiii in the future.
