I think that my experience with Rhys working on my health and wellbeing at the Worcester Youth Hub has been very accomplishing. I started off constantly feeling down and not being able to accept my life for what it was, and now I am feeling entirely comfortable with my life and when I do feel down I have methods to manage that such as using noting, thinking of if the thoughts I'm having are true, useful or rational and then challenging them and turning them into something positive and also just being more mindful and being able to relax by using the 7-11 breathing technique. He has also opened my mind to being able to try new things and develop a focus for things which has been really fruitful for me. I think the system of alternating fortnightly in-person appointments and phone call appointments is really effective as well, as it ensures a level of grounding and progression provided you are willing to try to improve yourself.
