The main problem with places like this are, they are let loose on the public by a Corrupt Government machine (And Blue or Red) wouldn't make any odds.The local one to my location, as per other comments, they are patronising (I heard one person call them that on the next desk). They have no idea about suitability of jobs matched to yours, or locations of jobs, which could be 2-3 hours away! They want to dictate what you do (job and training wise) and then threaten to report you to DWP if you don't comply! I also heard from a reliable source, they were known as another name before, and have just been rebranded, probably with most of the same staff! An independent audit of their offices around the country would be the way to go in my opinion!
