Few years ago, I was on a Jobseeker's allowance. I was not satisfied with my employment advisor.I told her that I have a limited mobility on my left arm and I am unable to do any work. Also, she was not polite to me and pressured me to accept the job that I have been offered. Eventually, she did believe me when I provided her my evidence from my doctor. Her excuse was that her computer system does not include my medical record.The staff needs to be more understanding, knowledgeable and trained for manners.
