I recently bought an automatic watch, and it keeps losing 30-40 minutes, stopping and starting. The retailer mentioned this is common for less active users and suggested using a watch winder. However, I am quite active, and I found no mention of needing a winder in any marketing materials. I feel the watch is not fit for its intended purpose.
