What I received was nothing like the product advertised — a cheap, low-quality imitation that felt like a complete rip-off.When I reached out to customer service, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was offered $5, then $7, then $9 as “compensation,” paired with personal, almost bizarre messages about how the employee had to “apply to the leader” or how their “salary is not a lot.” This was completely unprofessional and avoided the actual problem: I did not receive the product I paid for.I repeatedly made it clear that the only acceptable solution was either a full refund or the correct product. They refused. The entire interaction was not only frustrating but also deeply suspicious — it felt less like dealing with a company and more like being strung along by someone making excuses.This company is misleading customers, misrepresenting their products, and handling complaints in a way that is unprofessional and evasive.
