I ordered "Our Adventure Book" from this company based on their shipping claim that they are a US-based operation with high-quality items, clearly shown in their product images. What I received was shockingly different.The item was shipped from Estonia, had no labeling, came in cheap, low-quality packaging, and was about 10% the size shown on the website. They charged me over 30 euros for what looks like a generic, mass-produced item with no relation to what was advertised.Their tracking system falsely claimed the parcel originated in the US, but the packaging clearly shows otherwise. This suggests either a fake tracking system or deliberate misrepresentation.When I contacted them, I received no meaningful explanation—just generic replies. After checking Trustpilot (unfortunately after my purchase), I found that many others have had the same experience.This is not just bad service, it’s deceptive and borders on fraud.
