Bought the mini vacuum cleaner..utter garbage!! Couldn't even pick up a piece of paper. BEWARE of false marketing and videos from this company.The response from the company is standard PR...I have already emailed them with order number UPDATE..they replied to my email to ask if it would pick up a tissue!!! Are you kidding me?? If that is the maximum power I can expect from this machine then I don't want it and I advise you not to purchase it. UPDATE..standard $3 refund offer. A joke. I have escalated to PayPal. Let's see if they can help.UPDATE... The company asked me for details such as a video, SKU number and order nunver to them directly from a guy called Samuel. I'd already sent the video but I did as requested. 3 weeks later...NOTHING! And now PayPal who have been absolutely USELESS have closed the original complaint file so I have to start all over again. I see this as delay tactics to grind you down and just give up. BE WARNED!
