Absolutely appalling. I was had like many others apparently. My product showed up in a nondescript white box and the units themselves wouldn't have fit a mouse ear. Actually laughable. When ir watched out, they offered a 3 dollar refund or i can pay 65 dollars to them to return my headphones for a full refund as long as they confirm they recieved my box. Stay away for them. Scammers!!!
