Upon discovering that shipping was from overseas, I decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, the company has shown no concern. I've sent multiple emails seeking confirmation of the cancellation and a refund, but I've received no responses. I haven't gotten the product, and the only reply I received was about delivery, which I never saw. I just want my money back.
