I'd give zero stars if possible. I wanted to return a product because the earphone headband was too large and couldn't be adjusted. Their response offered two options: a 3% refund while keeping the product, or returning it with many conditions, including covering all shipping costs and a handling fee. This process would take about a month, and the return shipping costs are quite high.
