I'm incredibly angry right now! I'd give it a zero if I could. I received the ring on Monday and have contacted them daily for a return address due to sizing issues. Initially, I was willing to exchange for the right size, but now I'm too frustrated to continue. Their website states they will respond within 24 hours, and I'm running out of time to return it. If they don't honor the return due to their poor communication, I will leave negative reviews regularly. I suggest spending a little more for a reputable brand instead of this one.
