We called in to the Salford branch today and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, initially Nicola who had called us back yesterday as promised, who sorted out our order requirements . We did have a bit of a mix up with the order but none of it was the staffs fault( it was computer/stock related). All the staff team endeavoured to resolve the issue and help out, the two other female staff members (Leah +?) were also very helpful and the guy who got us the required window and fittings then assisted us in loading it into the car (Jamie?)Cannot thank the staff enough for their friendly, helpful assistance throughout the process making our first trip to the Salford warehouse a pleasurable experience.
