You need to change your attitude, after delivery I noticed that they forgot to deliver woven bin bags, so I call them, they apologise because out of stock, unfortunately they didn't refund , so I went there and I was told that I was not charged for it, after proving they are wrong they refund, I spend 1h there to get refund for £8 really? The staff there need some lesson how to deal with customers. Don't treat someone who spend £8000 for materials like, you know what.
