This company sold me the premium warranty promising that if I had a breakdown it would be covered. 5 months and 8k miles I started getting a shudder in the tranny. took it to the dealer who I purchased it from who diagnosed it as the torque converter. They submitted it to SAP and we waited for the approval only to be denied. They said it was denied because I was still driving the vehicle. Stating I was required to leave the vehicle at the repair shop. I explained the contract stated that I “May be required to leave the vehicle”Nobody and nobody said I had to leave the vehicle at the shop, even the claim rep knew I was still driving it. The car is still drivable and driving it doesn’t effect the issue. I fulfilled my part of the contract but SAP did not.Just another corrupt company stealing $$$$ from the rest of society.looks like all the good reviews are from people who have not fooled a claim.
