I ordered gifts during a sale, but they were dispatched and then suddenly could not be delivered. I was informed they were returning to the warehouse, and a refund would be issued. I contacted customer service to request the items be sent instead of a refund, but was told to reorder at full price. I complained about the poor service and received no response. I strongly advise against using this service due to their terrible customer support and pricing practices.
