Easy ordering and quick dispatch but you have to be aware that it takes a few days for the parcel to register with Royal Mail. Once received by Royal Mail, it gets delivered the same or next day.I have placed 2 orders for both sale and full price items. I like the fact that Selected advise when an item comes up either big or small so you can adjust the size ordered to fit.The full price item was the Wool Blend Cardigan in brown. I knew the size required for this item as I already have it in 2 colours purchased via another retailer. This is a fantastic cardigan which I love and wear often. However, this was my only disappointment as it was not in the usual Selected packaging and looked somewhat worn. More than likely it had been sent out and returned on a number of occasions. Not what you expect for £95 so 1 star deducted. The remaining items (sale) were all in good condition.Overall, I really love the minimalist designs and I would buy again.
