I bought a jacket for €200 today at your store in the Wijnegem Shopping Center. Before paying, I asked specifically if returns were accepted and if I would get my money back in case I changed my mind. The staff confirmed that refunds were possible.About an hour later, I saw that the exact same jacket was sold on Zalando for €140, so I decided to return it right away and buy it there instead. I went back to the store immediately (I was still in the mall), but I was told that I couldn’t be refunded because there was a problem with the terminal and no cash available.They offered me a gift card, which I refused since I don’t live nearby and was only there for work today. I even said I could come back in a few hours after my meetings so they could sort out the terminal issue or find a solution, but they said it wasn’t possible.I’m very disappointed by this experience and it has completely put me off returning to your store in the future.
