Item was delivered smelling of cigarettes and with stains. Nothing that won’t come out of the wash but not particularly happy to have been sent a dirty returned item. Tried to contact via their website but got stuck with a chatbot that kept me in a frustrating loop of “take a picture of the smell” and no helpful answer/resolution.
