I have found a subtle mark on the front of the top and decided to wash it instead of returning it. Unfortunately the mark has not come out at all, it is not easy material to rub the mark out as I discovered after washing and it’s now caused more damage. I’ve had to order another one today so I hope that the conduction is not marked on the new one you send to me. If it isn’t I will be retuning it and will include the original one that arrived last week. It’s not a great experience, I have bought from Fenwick store in York items from this brand and it’s my first time ordering online. I will be reluctant to purchase again if this second too is marked.
