Maybe the worst chatbot I have ever used.Wanted to return something, it generated a label telling me to visit 'the location' - not telling me which carrier it wasWent on the chat to get help with refunds - even asking it point blank to get in contact. When doing so it prevented me from speaking with someone by guessing what I really wanted to speak about and pushing me back up to support pages.
