Still waiting for delivery...And now refund...

Still waiting for delivery.... Royal Mail tracking states that they are still waiting for the parcel. Selected shows order despatched on 27th November with delivery by 4th. It is now the 6th Dec. Very poor communication and no customer service. Infuriating chatbot assistant that takes details and does nothing.Update.After leaving this review the package seems to be suddenly on its way.Receiving an update and response only after leaving a review is poor customer service. If a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale is scheduled then the logistics behind it should already be in place to deal with the obvious increase in demand. Failing that, a notification of a delivery delay should be present at the time of purchase. Not only after enquiry.I returned the items and received a confirmation email from their couriers, Rebound, of receipt of package on 17/12/23. I am still awaiting my refund of several hundred pounds over a month later..... Avoid.
