Would not buy from Selected again

My order was due to be delivered between 24th-27th Nov. It didn’t arrive and tracking showed Royal Mail were still waiting to receive the parcel from Selected. I tried to contact Selected via the chat but kept being told it was out of office hours - although they don’t state what the office hours are and I tried at different times of day. Eventually I got through and the advisor said they had to contact the carrier and would email me on the same day to update me. I heard nothing since then. Eventually received my order but the unacceptable delay, lack of communication, lack of response and simply basic customer service means I would not buy from here again.
