It will be with this Company. Don’t be fooled by the lovely website & reviews. To be fair, you can make a return on your investment through rent. But this will be negated by the losses that you’ll almost certainly get on selling. You have zero rights, zero input & to reach the NET % income rates you will need to just get your money back will be almost impossible. I would lose £18k on a single investment. If you are in for several units then all I can say is ‘best of luck’.
