This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever faced. For three weeks, I encountered a total lack of communication and support, wasting my time. I shared my financial details for a new vehicle with the intention of making a significant down payment, but from the beginning, I received nothing but excuses. They assured me they would follow up but failed to respond to my emails and calls. I'm incredibly frustrated about how they are managing my personal data, and I strongly advise others to avoid this service. I intend to lodge a complaint about their handling of my information.
