This company billed me last year for a yearly membership I had cancelled. I contacted support to request a cancellation and refund. Cassie F. from support did not issue a refund, and now I see they did not cancel my membership, even though I asked for my email. Now I get a renewal email that they will bill me for another year. To avoid this, I try to log in to my account, which I can, but my login credentials do not work for the separate "Manage subscription" section, where I can actually cancel my membership. Just know this before giving your credit card details to this company.
