Terrible customer service, absolutely harasses you when during the purchase stage to get you in. But if there is a problem, DO NOT expect to hear from them. Cars broke down twice, terrible choice of cars and terrible customer service. Used these lot once and will be Sticking to SIXT in the future!Waiting over a month for your deposit back as well! Even when submitted a refund request I had to chase to get the refund back even after the process was started, to then wait another 5 days.
