Tried to charge me a £1,500 deposit on top of the £500 deposit and first month’s rental I’d already paid. Pure money grabbing.I was promised I could switch to a cheaper car after the promo period, then they refused and left me paying £200 extra a month. Lies from the start.The car had multiple issues and they couldn’t care less. Zero help, zero accountability.Calling me at 8AM on CHRISTMAS morning demanding payment that wasn’t even late? That says everything about how unprofessional and aggressive they are.They refused to reduce my price as a loyal customer, but the second I said I was leaving, they suddenly wanted to know my budget and offered discounts. So they COULD have helped—they just didn’t want to.Returned the car on time and in perfect condition, yet they’re holding my deposit for a month and refusing to release it even though I need it for a dental emergency. Heartless and greedy.This company only cares about squeezing money out of you. Customer service is appalling. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.”
