Whole team is doing great job via helping others like Sachin sir and team and also especially Vivek sir who is my coach is doing a brilliant job.He is so patient enough in the first call to understand what is the mental and physical helath issues and he came up with a plan suitiable for my issues,its nearly 2 months for me and since I joined I became calm,trying to improve focus based on Vivek's sir's meditation walking and all other health related advices.I still have 4 more months for the sessions and looking forward to more positivity and change in myself..
