When answering your questionnaires I told car needed a jump and got the offer. When speaking with a rep I was told since i don’t have it running I was getting a different offer(more then half less). It took the pickup driver 3 seconds to start it. Why ask me if it needs a jump then offer if it’s not correct?*Update your response doesn’t make much sense because I answered it had to be jumped and engine issues and was still offered the first price. And after on a phone call was told by your rep that if I couldn’t get it jumped it was the other price. So yes you should def clean things up on your end. Thank you
