The costumer service and how fast the pick up was, is what really stood out to me. I wanted to sell my vehicle for a little more than what they offered and they tried to give me a better offer and even though they couldn’t give me what I was asking for, their offer was higher than the MANY places I inquired so I’m sure I got a good offer. Indefinitely, I’m happy with the offer I got, the representative that helped me was very responsive, quick to reply and answered any and all questions I had. Once the pick up time came, it was fast, simple and I had a check in my had the very next day. The whole process took about/less than 30 minutes. The pick up service they sent for my vehicle was responsive and accommodating. They communicated etas. I’m sure my old boy is in good hands. Thank you again for a seamless and fast process.
