Great guys who want to do right by the customer. I sent my collection to them but there was an issue with UPS during the shipping process on UPS end. They continued to stay in touch with me throughout the process and helped get the claim submitted. In the end, an agreement was made for payout that was fair and didn't put the full loss of product if the claim isn't approved to be paid out onto me.
