Where to start? To review every detail of this Business OS would require tens of thousands of words. Selldone is a feature-rich, comprehensive and well-thought-out product that surprises on every click. Seriously. It’s incredibly rare to think “I wonder if this does….”, consider adding it as feature on their roadmap, to find that is already exists.So the burning question - how does it compare? I’m not even going to mention other online store platforms because the reality is, Selldone is unique. If you think of all the things you want from an eCommerce solution and multiply the features by 10, you still won’t be close to exploring everything this system can do. Really. Couple-in a highly responsive, passionate group of founders who listen to every request (and usually implement changes within HOURS) and this really should be the beginning of a fantastic journey for this business OS. The absolute stand-out features of this product for me are:- Overall detail to every aspect of the system.- Business models for your store: Normal/Regular store, Dropshipping (using their OS connect system - Printful is currently beautifully and painlessly integrated), Franchise/Affiliate, Marketplace, Dropshipping Supplier.- The setup is detailed but with many beautiful flow diagrams showing how aspects are connected (such as checkout flow) and the impact the features have on each other.- Ability to choose your home page (it can be a landing page, store front, community, blog, hyper, avocado) giving you ultimate control on how your business looks from the outset.- The variety of products (and it’s fulfilment type). They are physical, virtual, file, service, POS(!), avocado & hyper, giving you the ability to offer just about any kind of product including bookings and appointment.- Detailed incentive system (discounts, coupons, offers, gift cards and even LOTTERIES!)- Marketing - manage campaigns, affiliates, emails and funnels.- The logistics system for managing warehouses, inventories & shipping.- For Marketplace settings, managing vendors and fulfilment is incredibly well-developed.- POS - yes, a cash register and inventory manager all built in! Connect a barcode scanner as quickly as scanning a QR code from the screen. Connect a device to show the customer side of the POS, what’s been scanned, total etc. The in-built Hyper system is incredible allowing customers to scan codes, add-to-basket and then pay using their phones is next-level.- Landing page designer with some pre-built blocks (looking forward to the addition of a few more of these!)- Create and connect a community.- Beautiful looking blogs.- Unlimited domains pointing to the store.- Webhooksand ***many, many*** more features.I’m still at the beginning of my Selldone journey and enjoying the process of discovery. There is nothing more inspiring than finding a feature you didn’t know you needed until it’s a standard on Selldone and immediately becomes part of your business model. My advice is simple.
