I paid for Sellermtrics Software sold by Rick Wong via Appsumo Lifetime License and initially, I had access to the Sellermetrics Tier 4 License with 40+ Ad Accounts. 1 month later, Sellermetrics founder Rick Wong deleted my Sellermetrics Account without my consent or approval, despite taking payment from me. I have sent him more than 10 emails requesting reinstatement of my Sellermetrics Account and he, initially promised to reinstate my Sellermetrics account but he did not. I telephoned him today/ 18th March 2025 and asked for access to my Sellermetrics account and he hung up the phone on me without helping me or giving back access to the Sellermetrics Service that I have paid him for. In a previous converstaion, he initially, agreed to refund me my money paid for Sellermetrics , stating that Sellermtrics is out of business because the business model was not viable, however, he lied and is still taking Sellermetrics subscriptions in March 2025. All, I want is access to to the Tier 4 Sellermetrics Service that I have paid Mr Rick Wong , Sellermetrics founder for. i wish him to give me access to the Sellermrtics Software tier 4 License which I have paid him for and which he lied to me about and said that Sellermetrics business is no longer operational, while, in fact the business is currently operational . I do not wish any ill-will on Mr Rick Wong, Sellermetrics Founder , I simply want him to give me back access to the Sellermetrics Tier 4 License which I have paid him for and for which he took payment and still deleted my Sellermetrics account and then lied that Sellermetrics was no longer in business. Please help me to regain access to my Sellermtrics Account because Rick Wong, Sellermetrics founder is not responding to my emails or phone calls.
