I signed up because I liked the notification feature; however, it didn’t work consistently. The worst part is the support—they might take several days to respond or not reply at all, even though they claim most agents are online and promise to respond within 12 hours. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I had to wait several days for a response since cancellations can only be done through their chat. Eventually, they canceled my account without any prior notice, causing me to lose most of the paid month. Their handling of requests is highly unprofessional. I don’t recommend signing up; there are better apps on the market with far superior support.
