I was told payment was sent on 2/23, then told it was "escalated" on 2/24. It is now 2/25 and there is no record of a payment or a "pending" status in my PayPal or an update at all. They also claimed my 16GB RAM stick was "faulty" despite it being pulled from a system running Microsoft Flight Simulator perfectly the day before.
