However, it seems these generic web pages remain indefinitely. The service claims to promote and market your timeshare until it sells, but what they truly offer is to "advertise" your listing until it sells. This is a significant difference. The first implies support and actual marketing, while the latter, based on my experience, is a lack of engagement from the company after they receive your payment. We've had a contract with this service for over three years, without receiving a single offer or any communication from them. Every request for assistance is ignored, including permissions to update my listing. I have never managed to alter my listing, and all my inquiries have gone unanswered. This has resulted in wasted money. You're better off using social media.
