In response to your reply: I always use the methods you suggest, including messages through my portal and the customer care email. Since your response on another platform, I sent another email expressing my preference for a phone call. I reside in the UK. While I don't expect an immediate response, I have numerous unanswered messages and emails. Please reach out to me urgently, as I feel unsupported by this service since I paid the fees.
