This service does NOT provide help in selling your timeshare. Instead, it takes your money for posting an ad that you cannot edit, hidden away in some obscure part of the internet, while claiming they will "never stop advertising until it sells." Unfortunately, those generic web pages seem to last forever. They promise to advertise, promote, and market your timeshare until it sells, but what they actually provide is a vague assurance to "advertise" your listing until a sale occurs. These are two very different commitments. The first implies actual help, marketing efforts, and a real person to collaborate with. The second, which reflects my experience with this service, is a lack of engagement and absolutely no communication from them after payment is made. It's akin to using a marketplace for timeshares without any support. We have had a contract with this service for over three years. Not a single offer has come through, nor have we received any emails or assistance from them. Every request for help I've sent has gone unanswered, including their supposed "approval" for making changes to my listing. I have never been able to modify my listing and have not received any feedback despite my repeated attempts. This has just resulted in wasted money. You're better off using a social media platform.
