I was recommended this company to sell some vhs tapes. My mum currently owned them and being 78years old she decided it was time for a smaller property so she had been down sizing. My mum has always taken care of her property so I felt no need to check the for damages ect she owns a vhs recorder so had checked them all to make sure they were working which they did. This company bought 8 vhs tapes from me 1 was only values at about £1.50 and the other 7 were each valued at just over £10 each. My mum just wanted a quick sale so gave this company a huge cut sale price of £20 plus postage. All fine and sorted until today I received photos of what I am informed is mold but can barely see anything on the tapes and one which contained writing. All fine I offered he send the damaged back and I will refund £10. He filed a dispute with PayPal and wanted full refund and to keep the vhs tapes. My partner phoned him and he agreed on £10 and keep the damaged. I think this is disgusting considering I sold them for a huge cut price but to now be ripped off even more. I mean it's not just me he has taken advantage of but a 78 year old women. My mum is quite upset over this and feels scammed. Please never use this company and I hope they feel ashamed of themselves.
