Hi, I made a purchase from here on 24/06/24 and guitar arrived 26/06/24 unfortunately due to my health issues the wide neck on the instrument made it too difficult for my arthritic hands to use. I contacted the retailer and spoke to a splendid and very helpful gentleman by the name of Paul.Very engaging and considerate, on the 27/06/24 the guitar was collected from my door without the need for me to print labels.
