Very smooth process. Made an appointment. Met with Steve at Touchwood who went through the cars service/mot history paperwork. He then took the car for a test drive and bodywork check over. Came back discussed the purchase figure which I was happy with. We completed the necessary paperwork handed over keys. The monies were in my bank within 4 hours.
