Some things worked well - pickup was fast and reliable, payment also made quickly. However I had been quoted £28/30 depending on whether the condition was good or excellent, this was downgraded to £6 and faulty because of scratches (not cracks) on the casing. This isn't in accordance with the definitions of condition stated on the website where only cracks would be defined as faulty, so I have been misled. I was asked to accept the new price but only given 48hrs and not told I had a 48hr window, after which it went through automatically. I tried to raise this with the company as they advertise live chat mon-fri 9-5 but it was unavailable in those hours. Messaged them instead, its now been a week and heard nothing back. Not impressed.Update 19/09: after the company's comment below to get in touch again I emailed them on 11/08 with the details but have not had a reply.
