I sent my luggage from the UK to FR. I paid for first-class transit. The luggage didn't arrive on time. WORSE! The luggage arrived completely destroyed.
After I filled out a claim and sent all the proofs that the luggage arrived completely destroyed, including the link to the website of the luggage brand (which they asked for), they tried to blame me, saying that the luggage was locked (it wasn't), that I didn't use a cable tie to lock the luggage (I did), and that the luggage wasn't wrapped (it was). They asked me to fix the luggage myself (one part of the lock is missing and the zip is completely destroyed). They tried to offer me a compensation of £82.50 for luggage worth £162. But following the conversation, they told me that the maximum they could compensate me was £125, which I was willing to accept. When I accepted the £125, they refused to compensate me the £125 despite all the proofs of their careless service.
