I purchased their SMTP Server Package for $149, which was supposed to include 9 Dedicated IPs. All of them are blacklisted, and they have not responded to my inquiries. I even offered to buy clean IPs myself. These blacklisted IPs will harm my website's reputation. I'm disputing the payment with my bank. They finally replied, but their response confirmed my fears about this being a scam. They claimed their servers can't have IPs changed and that I would need a new server for new IPs. Additionally, they stated that the 8 blacklisted IPs can be 'ignored.' My package promised 8 rotating IPs, but I only received 2, both of which are blacklisted. I asked for a refund, but received no response. Very frustrating!
