I sent 2500CAD, the money wasn’t received by the recipient. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I haven’t received any concrete information aside from they are in contact with their local partner and just wait for their update which they never did. Agents are horrible and not helpful at all. Even managers who assured me that they will take care of this case and that they will update me but days have passed nobody has reached out to me. I am the one who keeps on following up with them but they can only tell me the same words again and again and again…..to wait for an update. They can’t even say where is the money now. I have been their loyal customer for years now but i can’t seem to feel their urgency and seriousness to find a resolution to this issue. They do not value their clients. This has caused me so much stress. My family who is awaiting for the money has been in deep trouble because of this. This is my hard-earned money but why do i have to beg this company to return my own money?
