As a receiver, I'm unsure how to verify and contact the service to check whether the amount shown in the screenshot from the sender is legitimate or not. The support team hasn't responded, which is frustrating for new users. Although I’m not a member of the service, my friend sent me a transaction receipt, and I just want to confirm if it's real or fake.
